FAQ's
What does a branding project cost?
Brand identity projects start from €1,200 and scale based on scope — number of deliverables, product design work, and whether website development is included. We share a fixed quote after the discovery call, so there are no open-ended hourly surprises.
How long does a typical branding project take?
A full brand identity project takes 3 to 4 weeks depending on scope and complexity. Website and product design projects usually add 2 to 4 weeks. You get a milestone timeline before we start, so you always know what lands when.
How do you handle the time difference?
We work CET-friendly hours, with calls available between 9am–6pm CET. Beyond scheduled calls, we send async Loom walkthroughs and share live progress in Figma — so you can review work on your own schedule instead of waiting for a meeting. Most of our European clients stop thinking about geography after the first week.
How does payment work, and in which currency?
We invoice in EUR through Payoneer, which keeps international transfers straightforward for European clients. PayPal is also available on request. Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% on final delivery, or milestone-based payments for larger projects. Everything is documented in a signed agreement before we begin.
Who will I actually be working with?
You work directly with our founder and the designers building your brand — no account managers, no handoffs between departments. We're a small studio by choice, which means the person you speak with on the call is the person involved in your project.
What happens if I'm not happy with the design direction?
Every project includes 2 to 3 rounds of revisions with structured review points at each stage. We get written approval at each milestone before moving forward, so the direction is agreed early rather than reworked at the end. If something isn't landing, we address it at the concept stage — not after final delivery.
Do you sign NDAs, and who owns the final files?
Yes, we're happy to sign an NDA before any project discussion. Full ownership of all final files and source assets transfers to you on completion of payment, including working files in Figma and Adobe formats.
